About our building

The Eden Rock was established as a cooperative in 1982, consisting of 200 units housed on a three-wing seven-floor property located in the geographic center of Queens, NY, at a neighborhood known as Briarwood.

The building features a doorman, laundry room, storage room, underground parking, and a 24-hour fitness room. The Eden Rock is conveniently located within walking distance to the E and F Briarwood subway train station. Local bus service stops in front of the building. Additional nearby set of express bus lines are available for commuters to and from the midtown and downtown areas of Manhattan.

The Eden Rock is minutes away from two major airports: JFK International Airport and La Guardia Airport. Additionally, with nearby entrances to the Grand Central Parkway, Van Wyck Expressway and the Long Island Expressway, offers convenient access in and out of the Briarwood neighborhood.
